After the Charlie Hebdo attacks, rather than theorizing the incomprehensible, they decide to act. Many fractures have appeared, these three women make the choice to help children who live in difficult neighborhoods, neighborhoods where the prospects for a professional future are limited, where to feel French is less obvious than elsewhere.

ViensVoirMonTaf is an association that connects companies and students of REP who are looking for an internship in third class. Their tool is a platform similar to those used for job searches. Companies place ads for students who do not have a network.

About two-thirds of PWR students have parents who are unemployed or are laborers, and do not have relationships to support their research. Rather than finding, with difficulty, internships in a neighborhood supermarket, these young students can turn to ViensVoirMonTaf which allows them to discover trades, find internships and initiate a first network. This professional experience creates an interesting exchange: people who would not have met otherwise discover themselves, a company or a professional is enriched to be able to transmit, the student has access to a universe and a job that he did not know could be, or  seemed out of reach.

In 2015, only present in a college of Romainville or Gaelle Frilet is a professor, the association has deployed today in the province. ViensVoirMonTaf is experimenting with the city of Manosque creating a tool similar to their platform in a communal framework.

Large companies (such as Decathlon, Vinci, Transdev, Uber) have joined the association and integrated this action into their activity range related to CSR (corporate social responsibility). For some of them, this commitment also allows them to make themselves known to the new generation. Companies, SMEs or auto entrepreneurs, artisans provide financial support or post announcements. The association has the support of the CGET and is consulted on the implementation of this action throughout the territory. The project appeals to large companies as well as public services.

The association MosaikRH, on the same model as ViensSeeMonTaf, fights social determinism by offering internships to students of higher classes as well as jobs for young people of diversity, and succeeds in demonstrating that interesting work is not reserved for the elite.
